log 192: perspective

meeting

This past week I had the privilege to show one of my favorite professors my app. I sought his expertise on the “subjective interview” portion of my app because of how closely I wanted to relate it to the content we were covering in class. We were able to discuss so many important details about what things I needed and why I needed or didn’t need them. Honestly, he saved me from a pretty big issue that could have come up in the future. After my meeting I realized once again how important it is to seek the experience of someone who knows more than you. It’s so easy to think you know enough. Getting different perspectives helps bloom new ideas and snuffle potential issues. I’m so glad that I took the time to bug him over the past 5 months. Busy people are worth chasing.
