log 251: inservice
presentation
The final week of my clinical rotation has finally come. To be honest, I’m a little sad. I learned a lot here and got the chance to help a lot of people get better. This definitely feels like the life I want to build for myself one day. This week I had my inservice presentation for the clinic. I had to research and develop a presentation on the vestibular system, then present to everyone. It was a little nerve racking because it was so much information to go over and these licensed physical therapists know far more than I do about the sensory system. However, it went great. My presentation was solid and I covered a good amount. But there is always more to learn. I was asked some pretty tough questions that I didn’t know the answer to but that’s fine. I learned a lot in such a short period of time and I found it all to be quite fascinating. If this clinical taught me anything, it taught me that there's a ton of things I still need to learn before I’m remotely ready.
