progress

This week I worked on the basic styling of my app. I tried not to put too much time into how things look because I know that the entire thing is going to get a total rehaul down the line. However, I wanted it to look pleasant for my MVP at a minimum. In a previous log, a long long time ago, I wrote about how changing the appearance gives a false sense of progress. The visuals don’t account for how much work has been put into the back end code. This time around I’m really proud of my progress in the back end code because of how much clearer I think it is. By revising my previous work I was able to fill in the gaps and make bridges that connect items more. Everything seems to be working smoothly and I can’t wait to tie in better looking aspects for my clients. For the rest of the week I am going to continue finishing the training portion of the app because it is the most important. After that I will set up the new client pathway, patch some holes up, add some styling, and then run my test. Everything can fall into place very quickly at this stage, I just need to get it done.
