During my trip to Montreal I had a grand realization for developing my professional career. If I want to do all the things that I want to do, I need to do less. It is time to start outsourcing even more than I have before. Currently, I only have about three hours a week to work on Kynetik because school is my priority. I do not want to dedicate more time to Kynetik and I cannot. However, three hours is a lot of time if I can direct freelancers to do my work for me. I know exactly what I want to do with Kynetik and how I want to grow it. I just don’t have the time to do it myself. But with this new revelation comes the problem of money, so I asked my dad for advice. The outcome of our short meeting was that the first thing I need to do is make a business bank account, which should have been done a long time ago, and a proper accounting sheet. I need to begin taking proper measurements of my finances if I want to grow as a business and a businessman. So before I think about finding freelancers, graphic designers, or video editors, I need to set up some more foundation.
