After using Kynetik for about a month, I’ve become increasingly happy with it. The workouts, work! I’ve come out of sessions with muscles screaming for rest because I underestimated the workout intensity. There are a few things I want to change like preferences, difficulty adjustment and progression, different workout types, and weight suggestions. But right now I need to focus on getting out updates that improve features. I also really need to start posting regularly on social media and marketing Kynetik but I simply don't know how. I would really benefit from a schedule but it’s become more difficult to stick to the plan. I always find myself not getting things done and it’s slowly starting to build up.
