React Native
This past week I finished my React Native course. It took me a lot less time compared to the Swift course I took last year. When looking back at my progress, I definitely should have started with React Native. The language makes much more sense for what I wanted to do. Make an app that can be used simultaneously with Web, iOS, and Android. Why did I choose to learn Swift(Apple iOS)? I have no clue. Clearly I didn’t think that choice through very much but I don’t regret it at all. The iOS course I took taught me a lot about coding and programming in general. The React Native course assumes that the student already has some prior knowledge about coding. Although it is taking me much longer to get this app to the second test, the entire process is continued education. Learning Swift helped me learn React Native. Now the one thing that I need to focus on is converting what I have over to the new language. However, before execution I need to plan.
