One of the hardest things about making social media content was taking the time to edit it all of it. I cook almost every day, and it only takes a little bit more effort to film things. Lucky for me, I have a wonderful sister who is still in undergrad and has nothing to do. She has a ton of experience editing her own videos and I thought she could really help me out. So, she started working for me and editing my short cooking videos. She’s done such a great job getting things out on time and editing things the way that I would. It’s so much easier to get content out now that I can have somebody else edit for me. Right now, the goal is just one video a week. With more consistency I hope to bump it to two and stay there.
