The start of my team has been an interesting journey. There is so much to learn about working with people and what I expect out of them. I’m expecting a product and for it to be created with precision and care, but I can’t expect them to have the same passion for the topic as I do. Some of our meetings are seemingly slow, which may have to do with my preparation of information. Currently we have discussed the brand and the goal of the app and the features. This week we are meeting to discuss the app design progress and the development of a database. Now that I don’t have school I have the ability to push the team a little more and get involved with the progression again. My goals for the break are still to have the foundation completely set so that I can start developing the algorithm I imagined for the third iteration of Kynetik, which is going to be the most accurate to date. However, I have a feeling that the break is going to be a lot of busy work. Planning, entering data, and discussing next steps. I hope to throw in a little bit of swimming, golf, and eating into the mix too. I’m looking forward to all the development that is going to happen over the break to start 2025 off right.
