farmers
Today I had an incredible experience at a farmers market. All of the different food and produce was incredible. I want to make it my goal to buy from these local vendors more often. I think it is an incredible achievement to be able to produce and sell food to people. If I want to be a good chef and promote good habits, farming from sustainable local vendors is also important. I think going to markets is also a good way of expanding your horizons when learning how to explore cooking. After basic cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, I think I would have the skill to explore how different flavors mix to create magic.
