a written memoir
creation and action
It all began in 2018 on a flight to America. Over 13 hours from Singapore to Boston, I created the first model of an artificial personal training coach. Little did I know that four years later, it would become the reason why I wake up in the morning.
This is my ongoing professional journey as an entrepreneur.
log 118: updates
This week I worked on the basic styling of my app. I tried not to put too much time into how things look because I know that the entire thing is going to get a total rehaul down the line.
log 117: updates
This past week of vacation in Montreal I decided to finally put some time into my blog. I’m already 116 posts in and I haven't even customized anything.
log 116: motivation
Five years in Boston, so close to the Canadian Border, and I have never been to Canada. This past week I took a short trip to Montreal to visit my girlfriend and to escape from work.
log 115: updates
A few logs ago I wrote about revising the work I did in my previous workout builders and how I am going to improve them. While the code is important because of how I have data interact with each other, the data is far more important.
log 114: experience
In the past week of starting my new online side hustle, I learned so many things. Not just about how easy it was to start a side job when I already had all the tools and knowledge, but about coaching itself.
log 113: coaching
Right before my plane from San Diego to Boston I had a moment of minor stupidity. All this time I thought I was a programmer but in reality, I’m a coach.
log 112: updates
This week I continue to work on the workout builders of my app. Going through and rewriting the code for my exercise search engine has been an interesting ride to say the least.
log 111: friend
After my four sessions training with a coach, I realized how much I miss being pushed. Having someone push you and guide you through the process takes away a lot of stress and adds a lot of motivation.
