a written memoir
creation and action
It all began in 2018 on a flight to America. Over 13 hours from Singapore to Boston, I created the first model of an artificial personal training coach. Little did I know that four years later, it would become the reason why I wake up in the morning.
This is my ongoing professional journey as an entrepreneur.
log 110: coaching
From all the moving around and lack of motivation in the gym I was feeling very uninspired as a coach. I realized that not having a goal to train for has drained the fun out of training for me.
log 109: journal
Since my trip to London I have been testing out a journal that I bought. It’s just a plain notebook but I have been using it to plan my work days.
log 108: time
When I was on the plane on the way to San Diego I finally had time to think about how fast time passes. I was in San Diego a year ago, working every single day on my app, then I was in Paris, then Japan, then Taiwan, then back to Boston.
log 107: packing
Having to manage the move to California has also been on the top of my list. As much as I would like to suffer in the cold of Boston, I’m ready to leave.
log 106: progress
In the past few days I have been back from my trip. I have done quite a bit with my app.
log 105: books
Coming from a family of book nerds, I had to read a lot. When I was a kid I remember being so captivated by stories that I could read forever.
log 104: travel
This past week I took a trip back to Europe to spend some time with my girlfriend. It was a nice break from all the work I had been doing but I knew that I had a lot more work to get done when I got back.
log 103: little fish
This week I was able to meet with a very successful Singaporean CEO who leads an SQL document company based in Singapore. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to ask him a bunch of questions about leading a software technology company.
