a written memoir
creation and action
It all began in 2018 on a flight to America. Over 13 hours from Singapore to Boston, I created the first model of an artificial personal training coach. Little did I know that four years later, it would become the reason why I wake up in the morning.
This is my ongoing professional journey as an entrepreneur.
log 30: plan
In one of my first logs describing the work I have put in so far I mentioned how I took the long way for a lot of the features. Rewriting and loading code at every single point so that I could make sure each screen could work.
log 29: food
Food has always been a huge part of my life, both literally and metaphorically. I was a little chunky boy growing up because I loved eating.
log 28: updates
Earlier in this week I decided to take a little bit of time for myself at night to play some video games. Within twenty seconds of opening up a new game I’ve been waiting to play for a while I thought of a huge idea that would bring balance to my app.
log 27: updates
This past week I was able to get started on and finish a lot of work. From the coding side of things, I added a lot of back-end code that optimizes what I have done so far.
log 26: growth
This week I found my next challenge, growing flowers. There’s a lot going on in my life now. Starting a company, building a product, blah blah.
log 25: start
This week I am finally able to start the grind. After two weeks on the road, then another week attending graduation with a ton of family, I’m ready to get started.
log 24: grad
Watching my dad graduate was such an incredible honor. Earlier in the week he said that seeing people wear their formal graduation regalia inspired other students to continue working hard for their own degree.
log 23: workhorse
Goals, goals, goals. I’ve already written about what the main goals are for my time in San Diego before I move to Paris but it’s going to be the day-to-day that accomplishes those goals.
